The plants are about the same size, despite the appearance in the photos; Bev's had darker leaves and emerging buds, and got the nod from the judges; Arleen's was also in bud, and had a softer look overall.
The two plants at the back, S. 'Little Gem' and S. 'Haru No Mizu', are the parents of the plants at the front. 'Brooklin's Bubble Gum' on the left is a very small cultivar in form and in flower, and 'Brooklin's Champagne' on the right isn't much bigger.
