Toronto Gesneriad Society Show

The Toronto Gesneriad Society held its annual show at the Toronto Botanical Garden on Saturday March 26, 2011.  While it was a relatively small show, the quality was very high with a number of outstanding exhibits -- and some very interesting new cultivars.

The plants are about the same size, despite the appearance in the photos; Bev's had darker leaves and emerging buds, and got the nod from the judges; Arleen's was also in bud, and had a softer look overall.
