Aeschynanthus humilis (l) and Aeschynanthus hildebrandii (r)

This photo illustrates the distinctly different flower shapes of these similar species.  A. humilis was once widely distributed under the name of A. hildebrandii.  Aside from the different shapes, note the purple color of the stamens on A. hildebrandii.
