Chirita species 2 (Okuto)
This unidentified species is another of the incredibly floriferous semi-temperate plants grown by Mr. Okuto. They tolerate temperatures almost down to freezing, and respond to spring with a tremendous flush of bloom. See C. subrhomboidea for a fuller description of the growth cycle of this group.
This species has been used successfully in a cross with C. subrhomboidea.
