Solenophora tuxtlensis

Photo and text by Bob Stewart

S. tuxtlensis grows upright, a couple feet tall, maybe more. Thin leaves, needs humidity. Difficult to keep alive because it is extremely touchy about moisture, it must never ever dry out even a little.

I understand that in the wild, Solenophoras tend to grow near waterfalls, so they get constant mist.
