As in most species, there is some variation in the appearance of the flowers, depending on the clone being grown -- as can be seen by comparing these flowers with those from a plant grown and shown by Bob and Dee Stewart (click here), and with another grown by Chris Rose.
A photo of the whole plant illustrates the single large leaf from which the tall inflorescence arises.
