Columnea purpureovittata

Also known as Trichantha purpureovittata.

C. purpureovittata is an attractive foliage plant, which also has interesting yellow and maroon flowers and attractive rosy berries. The leaves are strongly textured ("bubbled" is the term used in the formal description in the Gesneriad Register), and somewhat hairy. Note the degree to which the two halves of each leaf are strongly asymmetrical.
